PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work completion time predicting device in an automated warehouse capable of improving calculation accuracy of work completion prediction time. SOLUTION: When outputting carrying work instruction data, a management controller 13 extracts current position data included in the carrying work instruction data, current position data identical to carrying source data and carrying destination data, carrying performance data including the carrying source data and carrying destination data, from a carrying performance database. The management controller 13 calculates average work time by averaging carrying work time included in the extracted carrying performance data. The management controller 13 reads an increase/decrease parameter corresponding to the carrying condition when the carrying work instruction data is executed, and calculates work completion prediction time by correcting the average work time by the read increase/decrease parameter. When an abnormality is detected, by adding restoration time measured by a timer 17 to the work completion prediction time, the work completion prediction time is updated.
