PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ground stabilizing method, a stabilizing structure and a filler used therefor, capable of holding and stabilizing the natural ground when forming a space or a void in the natural ground. SOLUTION: This filler 11 being a solid state at the ordinary temperature in the natural ground 13 and becoming a fluid state when becoming the predetermined temperature higher than the ordinary temperature, is filled in the fluid state in a void part 9 formed in the natural ground 13 by a drilled hole of a hole by a hole drilling machine such as a shield machine 1 and a pipe jacking machine 2.
