PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to fetch a coin to a money reception/payment port by guiding a customer to remove the coin or fully opening a lower shutter to completely expose the money reception/payment port since there is a possibility that a coin is left on the lower shutter without being cast from the opening although a coin has to be cast from the opening installed at the lower shutter in a coin processor using upper and lower double shutters, and the upper shutter can not be closed in this state. SOLUTION: A gap 13 is formed between the front edge 2a of a lower shutter 2 and the front edge 3a of a money reception/payment port 3, and a coin 4a left on the lower shutter 2 is moved and pushed into the gap 13 by the closing operation B of the upper shutter 1. The coin 4a is dropped to the inside of the money reception/payment port 3, so that the left coin can be fetched inside the money reception/payment port 3, and that transaction can be continued.
