PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a data conversion program for directly converting a data expression format between different programming language. SOLUTION: This data conversion program generation device is provided with a schemer 101 with annotations acquired by applying performance system dependence information dependent on a performance system for performing data conversion to a schemer for regulating the structure and data type of data in programming language as annotations and a data conversion program generation means 102 for generating a data conversion program 103 for converting the expression format of data in certain programming language into the expression format of data in another programming language by referring to the performance system dependence information applied to the schemer 101 with annotations.
