PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new adhesive composition having excellent properties such as impact resistance, heat-resistance, chemical resistance and water resistance. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition contains an epoxidized polybutadiene expressed by structural formula (1) (a+b+c=1.0; a+c>b; a is 0.05 to 0.40; b is 0.02 to 0.30; c is 0.20 to 0.80; and x is an integer of 10 to 250), at least one kind of oxetane compounds expressed by structural formula (2), structural formula (3) (y is an integer of 1 to 3) or structural formula (4) (z is an integer of 2 to 4), and a cationic polymerization initiator.
