PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-washing agent composition which gives the advantage of the compounding of an amino acid type surfactant, can dissolve its defect of weak foamability, and improves the strength of hair. SOLUTION: This hair-washing agent composition comprises the following component (A): an alicyclic polyol, and the following component (B): an amino acid type surfactant. The component (A) is especially preferably inositol as the alicyclic polyol. The component (B) is especially preferably an anionic amino acid type surfactant as the amino acid type surfactant.
