PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treating agent composition which can well solve problems in hair-treating agents compounded with starch phosphates, and to provide a hair-treating method using the hair-treating agent composition. SOLUTION: This hair-treating agent composition is characterized by comprising a component (A): a starch phosphate compound, a component (B): a cationic compound, and a component (C): an acidic or neutral amino acid compound. The components (A), (B) and (C) are preferably compounded in amounts of 0.1 to 3.0 mass%, 0.1 to 5.0 mass%, and 0.1 to 3.0 mass%, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
