PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a least invasive spine distraction implant for alleviating pains associated with spine and its method. SOLUTION: A spine distraction implant (1200) alleviates pain associated with spinal stenosis, and facet arthropathy by expanding the volume in the spine canal, or neural foramen.
