MODIFIED PEROVSKITE COMPLEX OXIDE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND COMPOSITE DIELECTRIC MATERIAL

Disclosed is a modified perovskite complex oxide which is effectively suppressed in dissolution of an A-site metal of a perovskite complex oxide, and is particularly suitably usable as an inorganic filler for composite dielectric materials. Also disclosed are a method for producing such a modified perovskite complex oxide, and a composite dielectric material using such a modified perovskite complex oxide. Specifically disclosed is a modified perovskite complex oxide which is characterized by being obtained by primarily coating the particle surface of a perovskite complex oxide with silica, and then secondarily coating the resulting with a coupling agent. The modified perovskite complex oxide is further characterized in that the primary coating layer of silica is formed by heating a hydrolyzed silica, which is obtained by hydrolyzing tetraalkoxysilane, at 800-1,200°C.
