A method for emergent registering in the IP-connectively access network(IP-CAN) of the user equipment(UE). Wherein, the UE transmits the emergency reregister request information to the network element on the network side in the IP-CAN network; when the network element on the network side in the IP-CAN network accepts the emergency register request information from the UE, it accepts the emergency register request and creates the emergency bearer corresponding to the emergency register request.
