<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pay a wage to a temporary employee as the need arises, and to facilitate fund management of a temporary staff company. <P>SOLUTION: This wage management system has: a labor data management means 8 acquiring working days of the temporary employee as labor results data, and displaying the labor results data on a terminal of the temporary employee; an advance wage processing means 9 calculating an advance wage corresponding to the working days selected by the temporary employee, and transferring the advance wage to an account of the temporary employee from a fund loaned on security of the labor results data on a temporary payment day; and a fund management means 10 transferring a residual wage obtained by subtracting the advance wage from a periodical wage of the temporary employee to be paid on a periodical payment day based on the labor results data to the account of the temporary employee on the periodical payment day, and transferring a residual price obtained by subtracting the periodical wage from a dispatch price of the temporary employee transferred from a dispatch destination company on the periodical payment day to an account of the temporary staff company. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
