<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an origin fine adjustment means for a linear motor which is not necessary to repeat the adhesion and peeling of a sensor S when changing a position of the sensor S, and can expand or reduce an adjustable range of the sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The origin fine adjustment means for the linear motor is characterized by including: a fixing base assembled to each stator of the linear motor; a receiving tool movably penetrated into the fixing base; and the sensor which is fixed to the receiving tool, and whose position with respect to the stator is changed when changing the position of the receiving tool with respect to the fixing base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
