PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive material having good slipperiness of a releasing sheet and exhibiting moderate releasing force in low-speed and high-speed releasing. SOLUTION: The adhesive material 10 is produced by pasting an adhesive sheet 23 having an adhesive layer 22 on one surface of an adhesive sheet substrate 21 to a releasing sheet 13 having a releasing agent layer 12 on one surface of a releasing sheet substrate 11 in a state to contact the releasing agent layer 12 with the adhesive layer 22. The releasing agent layer 12 is formed by coating and curing an addition-reactive solventless releasing agent composition containing a low-molecular organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule and having a mass-average molecular weight of 1,000-20,000 and a high-molecular straight-chain organopolysiloxane having a mass-average molecular weight of 50,000-500,000.
