PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation composition free from the troubles of the dilution and concentration of pharmaceutical components even by filling in an open container and giving good feeling in application even in the case of repeated use. SOLUTION: The external preparation composition comprises (A) a pharmaceutical component, (B) a powdery component, (C) a polymer and (D) a solvent. The composition is filled in a liquid medicine application tool composed of a holding part to hold the composition, an opening to connect the holding part to the outer atmosphere, and an application part composed of a number of brush bristles covering the opening.
