PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax an impact to an occupant by input of a secondary impact in a finisher body provided on this side of fitting equipment for a CRT display or the like. SOLUTION: In the case of structuring the finisher body 2 having a connecting base end part 5a existing inside a cabin and a pair of side walls 5b and 5c connected to the connecting base end part 5a in one end thereof, a rib 6 is formed to be connected to the inner wall 5b-1 of one side wall 5b, crossing it, and extended toward the inner wall 5c-1 of the other side wall 5c with a discontinued part 7 between the other side wall 5c. With this structure, when an occupant receives input of a secondary impact in a vehicle collision, the one side wall 5b is bent to relax input of the secondary impact, and relax an impact to be applied to the occupant by input of the secondary impact on this side of the fitting equipment for a CRT display or the like.
