PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric stepper of a wave oscillating type effective for enhancing the basic metabolic rate of a human body, decomposing body fat, and strengthening muscle power. SOLUTION: The electric stepper formed for decomposing the body fat and strengthening the muscle power by a vibration device is constituted of: a frame 100 having a stand 110, a center post 120, and a handle 130; a step plate 210 on which a plurality of acupressure bosses 211 and an infrared lamp 212 are arranged; a drive device having a drive motor comprising a brushless motor, a drive belt, a driven pulley, a rotary shaft, and a bracket for vibration; a control section 300 having a course set section and an infrared control section. An excellent aerobic exercise effect can be obtained in a short time and a user can exercise concentrating attention to a desired site, thereby excellent obesity treatment effect can be obtained through the increase of the basic metabolic rate.
