PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a method of outputting game information, capable of outputting more concentrated game information and additional information by a simple structure without adding output devices to a present external output device and without significantly increasing the cost. SOLUTION: The external output means in the slot machine 1 for outputting information on the game and the operation, etc. comprises: a plurality of operation discrimination means 111 and 112 for discriminating the operation of a condition device which validates each game winning combination; a switching means 118 for switching and outputting operation state signals one after another at a constant frequency when a plurality of condition devices is simultaneously operated; and an encoding means 119 for converting the switched operation state signals to binary-coded output data. With this external output means, an external management device can be made to recognize detailed game information including the kinds (symbols) of game winning combinations and the parent-child relationship as well even if a plurality of game winning combinations are simultaneously validated.
