The liquid radiator has a lower cooling plate (2). One or multiple cooling units, that are cooled, are arranged at the lower side of the lower cooling plate. Coolant channels (9) are designed as slots in the upper side of the lower cooling plate. An upper cooling plate (1) is provided, where one or multiple cooling units are arranged on the upper side. Coolant channels are designed as slots in the lower side of the upper cooling plate.
