摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To steadily manufacture a polymeric piezoelectric film having a stable piezoelectric property over a large area. <P>SOLUTION: According to a manufacturing method for the polymeric piezoelectric film, a crystalline polarity polymeric sheet is kept in contact with a conductive drawing roll, which has a surface friction coefficient reduced to allow the drawing roll to move relative to the polarity polymeric sheet while in contact with it and a diameter of 30 mm or more, and is transferred in a drawing process. In this process, a polarizing voltage is applied across an electrode counter to the polymeric sheet and the conductive drawing roll to subject the crystalline polarity polymeric sheet to a polarization process. The resulting polymeric piezoelectric film shows a peak temperature in the temperature dispersion of d<SB>31</SB>piezoelectric coefficient of 120&deg;C or higher, and has a surface scratch extending in a single direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
