<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart device which makes inputting simple as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A medical examination supporting device is provided with an inputting means, a displaying means and a storing means, and inputs and registers information on patients' medical examinations in a medical institution. The medical examination supporting device is composed of; a sheet file which stores information on setting of sheet input screens for inputting the information on the medical examinations; a display controlling means which reads out the setting information from the sheet file and displays the sheet input screens; a sheet setting means which sets input items such as a medical treatment and a medical prescription to the sheet input screens, stores the setting information in the sheet file, and controls it; an instructing means for selecting and instructing prescribed input items in the sheet input screens; and a medical examination information storage control means which stores the input items instructed on the sheet input screens in a patient medical examination information file and controls it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
