HYDROGEN-CONTAINING ELECTROLYTIC WATER CONDITIONER, BATHTUB FACILITY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING HYDROGEN-CONTAINING ELECTROLYTIC WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-containing electrolytic water conditioner in which a large-scale facility is not needed and hydrogen-containing electrolytic water in which hydrogen is sufficiently dissolved can be obtained.

SOLUTION: The hydrogen-containing electrolytic water conditioner is provided with: a second ionized water flow passage 14 through which the ionized alkaline water flowing through a passage 2 on the negative side of an electrolytic cell 12 is made to flow; and a circulation system for circulating a part of the ionized alkaline water flowing in the second ionized water flow passage 14 through the passage 2 on the negative side of the electrolytic cell 12. A part of the ionized alkaline water, which flows through the passage 2 on the negative side of the electrolytic cell 12 and is ion-exchanged, is circulated through the passage 2 on the negative side and hydrogen is dissolved in the ion-exchanged and ionized alkaline water to obtain hydrogen-containing electrolytic water.
