<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment and a communication system for achieving efficient TCP communication by preventing a connected mobile node from determining that congestion occurs in a network to deteriorate communication efficiency when a mobile router executes handover. <P>SOLUTION: The communication equipment for managing connections in a network accompanied with movement and relaying TCP data transmitted and received between a mobile node connected to itself and a correspond node connected through a base station and home agent is provided with: an inter-MN communication control part (12) for determining a communication band to be used by the mobile node on the basis of a radio communication state with a radio base station, and returning acknowledgement including information of the determined communication band in the case of receiving TCP data from the mobile node; and an inter-TCP proxy communication control part (13) for transmitting the TCP data received from the mobile node by the inter-MN communication control part (12) and transmitting the TCP data received from the home agent to its destination node via the inter-MN communication control part (12). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
