PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain particulates in which cross-linked projections are strongly adhered on the surface of the particulates, and provide projecting conductive particulates and anisotropic conductive material by using such projecting particulates. SOLUTION: The projecting particulates equipped with particulates to which projections are formed and the projections on their surfaces are provided. In the projecting particulates, the projections consisting of cross-linked material of monomer are formed on the surface of the particulates, and they are formed by dispersion of the particulates to which projectings are formed in a dispersion medium, dispersion of droplets of the monomer, collision of the particulates to which projectings are formed and the droplets, adhesion of the droplets to the particulates to which projectings are formed, and polymerization of the droplets. A manufacturing method of the projecting conductive particulates using the projecting particulates, the anisotropic conductive material using the projecting conductive particulates, and the projecting particulates is also provided.
