PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein in a semiconductor integrated circuit provided with a conventional charge pump circuit, noise reduction, when the charge pump circuit is to be driven at a low voltage cannot be attained. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 1 is provided with a charge pump circuit 10 and an inversion-current circuit 20, that is inputted with an output current (through-current) icp(t) of the charge pump circuit 10 so as to generate a sum(=Iconst-icp(t)) of a constant current Iconst, and an inversion current of the output current icp(t).
