PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit in which the number of components is reduced to reduce ripple components and spike components contained in a DC output voltage. SOLUTION: A primary side circuit includes a switching element Q1 with its switching frequency controlled by a control circuit 1 and an oscillation drive circuit 2, and a primary side parallel resonance circuit consisting of a leakage inductor L1 and a primary side parallel resonance capacitor C1. A secondary side circuit includes a secondary side parallel resonance circuit and a secondary side series resonance circuit consisting of a leakage inductor L2, a secondary side parallel resonance capacitor C3, and a secondary side series resonance capacitor C4, wherein the secondary side high speed diode Do1, an inductor Lo and a secondary side smoothing capacitor Co function as a step-down converter.
