PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper processing device capable of improving the stability of positioning accuracy of a sheet-like elastic member and maintaining high paper conveyance performance. SOLUTION: The paper processing device comprises a reverse path R3 for reversing a conveyed paper and a branch path for conveying out the reversed paper in a different direction from a conveying-in direction. Paper branching members 8 formed of paper branching mylar are fixed on a reverse path side portion of the branch path branched from the reverse path R3 so that tip portions projecting into the reverse path R3 are elastically deformed in a paper conveying direction to allow passing of the paper in the reverse path R3 when conveying-in of the paper and to block the passing in a counter-conveying-in direction in the reverse path R3 to guide the paper to a branching path side when reversing of the paper. Projecting parts for fixing the paper branching members 8 in a state of being elastically deformed in a direction perpendicular to the paper conveying direction are provided on a stick-on surface to which the paper branching members 8 are stuck.
