PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problem of conventional hand carriages, wherein when a carriage having a load thereon is powerfully pushed, the load may fall from the deck of the carriage due to the impact caused when the carriages rides over a step during the traveling, the outer box of the load and the contents of the load are damaged, and since the same occurs when the quantity of loads is less and the momentum is given, a time is inconveniently required for taking a labor to fix and stabilize the loads by applying a chord to each load to prevent the same from occurring. SOLUTION: This hand carriage comprises slide bars laterally extensible from both side of the hand carriage according to the size of the load, and side plates vertically slidable upward from the end surface of the plate. A rubber band body is fixed to one of the upper flat surfaces of the side plates and formed usable. The same structure is given to the end of the carriage. A stopper is installed to prevent slides from being slid since they use the repulsion of a spring when the carriage is not in use. The stopper is convenient since it prevents the load from falling.
