<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooked nutritious food that skillfully pulls out a hidden flavor of Kondiri by harmonization with other foodstuffs by consideration that Kondiri leaves are leaves of wild plant not affected by pollution and are abundant in nutritious components such as various vitamins, minerals, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The cooked nutritious food is obtained by seasoning Kondiri (Korean Cirsium) tossed food from which harshness is removed with a small amount of perilla oil and a small amount of table salt, mixing rice washed with water with the Kondiri tossed food, steaming or boiling the rice together with the Kondiri tossed food and is a rice-like food with sauce. Since Kondiri leaves are leaves of agrochemical-free wild plant not affected by pollution and are abundant in nutritious components such as various vitamins, minerals, etc., eating the food effectively promotes health maintenance.
