ELECTRONIC MEDICAL CHART SYSTEM, MEDICAL CHART INFORMATION ACQUISITION METHOD, AND MEDICAL CHART INFORMATION ACQUISITION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical chart system to acquire only medical chart information of a patient and examination information with high reference value.

SOLUTION: A second correlation value that indicates the correlation between each family member and the patient according to the number of generations from the patient to each family member on a pedigree chart is stored beforehand. A first correlation value that indicates the correlation between each disease item and a predetermined disease item according to the course from the predetermined disease item to each disease item on disease classification is calculated. For each combination of each disease item and each family member, the degree of interest to which the second correlation value is weighted is calculated. The degree of interest and a threshold value are compared, and medical examination information including combinations of the family members and the disease items for the degree of interest above the threshold value is acquired from an electronic medical chart of the family member.
