<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device which has simple constitution and can use different kinds of optical disks. <P>SOLUTION: Since each of optical planes of a first objective lens part OL1 and a second objective lens part OL2 consists of only refraction planes, formation can be comparatively easily performed and cost can be reduced. Also, since a movable collimator COL is arranged between a laser module LM and an optical element OE, appropriate convergence spot can be formed for a CD and a DVD having different protection substrate thickness even when the same second objective lenses OL2 is used. by driving the collimator COL in the optical axis direction and by changing magnification in accordance with an optical disk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
