PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote heat exchange especially on the side of an attached surface 4 of a heating element 5 in a liquid-cooled heat sink having an inner fin. SOLUTION: Numerous louvers 7 are formed in a valley 3b of the inner fin 3, and in addition, they are provided so that the foot 7a of the louver 7 is located on the upstream of coolant 6 and the leading edge 7b is inclined on the downstream, facing the rear of the attached surface 4.
