PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an area of a floating diffusion part so as to improve the conversion efficiency of output circuit. SOLUTION: Since a conductive material part 7B that is made of a metallic material, such as aluminum (Al) or tungsten (W), or their alloy and connects a floating diffusion part 2 and the gate electrode 4 of a drive transistor constituting an output amplifier, is formed in a contact hole 101 of which depth 11B is small, having only two layers of a gate insulation film 3 and an insulating film 5, prior to the formation of an interlayer film 6 the aspect ratio of the contact hole 101 for wiring connection can be improved, and embedding properties become improved.
