PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clamp for an electronic device which can clamp first and second objects easily and can reduce the alteration of existing design and process. SOLUTION: The fixing clamp for an electronic device comprises a central flat portion 11 abutting against the upper surface of a first object, a pair of inclining portions 12 bending from the opposite ends of the flat portion 11, respectively, and having a plane inclining from the upper surface toward the receding direction, a pair of linear portions 13 bending from the pair of inclining portions 12, respectively, and extending in parallel at an interval substantially equal to the interval of the side face of the first and second objects along the side face of the first and second objects, and a pair of latching portions 14 bending at an acute angle from the pair of linear portions 13 in the vicinity of the edge of side face of the second object and having the distal end being latched to the base of the second object by spring function.
