PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately stop the output of message information without requiring a specific operation when a driving start is operated even if the message information is outputted after a driver is seated. SOLUTION: When a door switch 3 detects door opening, an audio power source is turned on (S3). When the door switch 3 thereafter detects door closing, the previously stored message information is outputted from a speaker 12 (S5). When the driver inserts a key into a key groove for starting driving while the message information is outputted, the output of the message information is immediately stopped (S8,S9).
