PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin which utilizes a natural product and can be used safely, giving tension to the skin, preventing skin disease dermatosis, having higher skin beautifying effect and anti-aging effect, etc. SOLUTION: The external preparation for skin is composed of appropriately formulated Folium Rhododendron anthopogonoises and honey, and contains components which give tension to the skin, improve skin function and prevent skin disease. The extract from the folium Rhododendron anthopogonoises contains components which suppress sebum, smell of aged person, itching, dandruff, head sebum, etc. The extract from the folium Rhododendron anthopogonoises is a component at least soluble in either one of water or alcohol.
