PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device 46 surely preventing twist of a roller contacting a bar steel 2. SOLUTION: The feeding device 46 comprises: a first feeding part 48 having a first roller 58 feeding a bar steel 2 while pressing the bar steel 2; a second feeding part 50 having a second roller 90 feeding the bar steel 2 while supporting the bar steel 2; a tension rod 52 positioned between the first feeding part 48 and the second feeding part 50; a first arm 54 connecting the tension rod 52 and the first feeding part 48; and a second arm 56 connecting the tension rod 52 and the second feeding part 50. Ends 108, 114 of the first arm 54 and the second arm 56 are fixed to the first feeding part 48.
