The device has an arrangement for fixing the device on a furniture side panel of furniture back fitting. The arrangement comprises an adjusting screw (40) and a fixing bolt (50), and the adjusting screw comprises a through-hole or a holding unit for fixing the fixing bolt. The adjusting screw is adjusted relative to a part of the device in different positions. The fixing bolt is dimensioned in such a manner that it is loaded or mounted in the through-hole or the holding unit of the adjusting screw. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system comprising a cooling and/or freezing device (2) a method for fixing a cooling and/or freezing device on a side panel of a furniture back fitting.
