<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing a regular film of food stuff. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing the regular film of food stuff has a first roll whose surface is applied with food stuff in a form having fluidity or plasticity, and an independent second roll which is arranged only a distance t<SB>1</SB>apart from the first roll and whose surface is given with a film of food stuff of a thickness t<SB>1</SB>with the first roll.
