<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device in which a power supply device 2 of a large output is made installable and in which the power supply device 2 is installed at the outer bottom face of the fixture main body 1. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device 2 to supply electric power to an LED is installed at the outer bottom face of the fixture main body 1 which has a container-like state to house the LED interior via an arm part 3 so as to be housed in the inside region of the outer periphery of the fixture main body 1. The power supply device 2 together with the arm part 3 is protrudent into the outside region of the outer periphery of the fixture main body 1. Then, a plurality of radiation fins 4 are installed at the outer bottom face of the fixture main body 1, and the arm part 3 is made to be joined to the radiation fins 4.
