<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of supporting a cable laying operation to each worker at a job site, and saving man-hours for the operation and the confirmation operation and the power-saving and speeding up the operation by computerizing the confirmation record of the end of operations. <P>SOLUTION: Each worker downloads operation information preliminarily associated with cable ID as operation information to support an operation with respect to an operation permission cable provided from a construction DB server 20 to a PDA 50 (tablet PC60) carried by himself or herself. Then, the cable ID of the cable is read from an index seal with an RFID attached to the terminal of the cable by using an RFID tag reader attached to the PDA 50, and the operation information with respect to the corresponding cable is acquired from among the pieces of downloaded operation information based on the cable ID, and displayed at the display means of the PDA 50.
