<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock phase shift circuit which can adjust a phase shift of an input clock without depending upon fluctuations of a process condition, a power supply voltage, a temperature or the like and has an occupancy area smaller than that when using a conventional DLL circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A ring oscillator composed of the same delay cells as delay cells of a delay circuit for delaying an input clock is used to count oscillation outputs of m cycles of the input clock, and the number of delay cell stages for one cycle of the input clock is calculated to set the number of delay cells for an amount of phase shift. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
