PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method of providing feedback of a location of a cursor in a tilt-based list search. SOLUTION: An apparatus for providing feedback of a location of a cursor in a tilt-based list search includes a cursor position control module 302 calculating and changing the position of the cursor according to a tilt angle, a probability calculating module 303 calculating probabilities of the cursor being located at respective items of list according to the calculated position of the cursor, and a display module 304 changing an attribute of the list according to the calculated probabilities and displaying the list.
