PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding component which can be miniaturized, as compared to a conventional case, while being used for first and second circuits, and to provide a power supply unit equipped with the winding component. SOLUTION: The winding component 1 shared by the unit provided with the first and second circuits which independently operate includes a first winding N1 used for the first circuit; a common core 2 forming a circular magnetic path, to which the first winding N1 is wound and through which magnetic flux caused at the time of conducting the first winding N1 passes and a second winding 5 consisting of a pair of divided windings 5a and 5b, which are wound to the common core 2, and whose sizes of inductance and number of windings are the same. Both divided windings 5a and 5b are connected in reverse series, with which the electromotive forces caused by the change in the magnetic flux passing through the common core 2 mutually offset, at the conducting of the first winding N1. When there is a leaking magnetic fluxϕ1, caused at the conducting to the second winding 5, leakage inductance Le caused by leakage magnetic fluxϕ1 is used in the second circuit.
