PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency by directly applying cooling winds generated by ventilation blades provided in a vehicle induction motor to a rotor conductor end and a stator coil end in a main heat generating section. SOLUTION: The vehicle induction motor includes: the inner radial blades 9a, 15 facing the end of the rotor conductor 8; and outer radial blades 9b, 16 provided so as to cover the inner radial blades 9a, 15 and face the end of the stator coil 7. When the motor 100 is operated, the cooling wind Fa is generated by the inner radial blades 9a, 15 and directly applied to the rotor conductor 8, and the cooling wind Fb is generated by the outer radial blades 9b, 16 and directly applied to the stator coil 7. The cooling winds Fa, Fb cool the rotor conductor 8 and the stator coil 7, pass through an interior of the motor 100, and are discharged from exhaust ports 12, 13 to the outside.
