PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent work from being disturbed when the user of an information processor concentrates on the work, and to enable viewing without missing content. SOLUTION: The information processor comprises: an event detection section 111 detecting the occurrence of a prescribed event relating to the content; a notification section 112 performing notification to the user of the information processor when the prescribed event is detected by the event detection section 111; a work concentration state detection section 113 detecting the work concentration state of the user; and a suppression section 114 for suppressing the notification by the notification section 112 when the work concentration state detection section 113 detects the work concentration state of the user.
