PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distortion compensation circuit using a diode linearizer capable of performing distortion compensation with high accuracy even when the characteristic of a power amplifier is changed by environmental condition or the like and reducing distortion caused in the power amplifier in a wide band. SOLUTION: The distortion compensation circuit 100 using a diode linearizer is provided with distortion converting parts 15 to 17 for converting the distortion amount of a signal caused in the power amplifier 9 into a predetermined conversion amount. Further, the distortion compensation circuit 100 is provided with a control circuit 20 for controlling at least one between the attenuation amount of variable attenuators 7 and 8 and the current amount of current made to flow to the diode linearizer 6 in accordance with the predetermined conversion amount.
