PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development which retains storage stability (blocking resistance) during storage of the toner, ensures low-temperature fixability and offset resistance in a toner fixing step, and excels in printing durability. SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development includes colored resin particles including a binder resin and a colorant, wherein the colored resin particles further include anα-olefin monomer (A) and anα-olefin polymer (B); theα-olefin monomer (A) is a≥10Cα-olefin monomer having a melting point (TmD) of 25 to <55°C, and theα-olefin polymer (B) is a polymer comprising theα-olefin monomer (A) as a constitutional unit and having a melting point (TmD) of 25 to <70°C.
