PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite navigation device, an external base station, and a satellite positioning system capable of improving TTFT even when a reception environment of a satellite signal is deteriorated. SOLUTION: A GPS satellite 35 transmits a satellite signal, and a base station 30 has a GPS signal reception part 33 for receiving the satellite signal, a conversion part 32 for converting navigation data into a prescribed data format, a base station transmission part 31 for transmitting converted auxiliary information to a GPS receiver 10, and an antenna 36, and provides the auxiliary information to the GPS receiver 10 (satellite navigation device). The GPS receiver 10 has an antenna 24, a frequency conversion part 11, a pseudo distance measuring part 12, a navigation data demodulation part 15, a navigation data storage part 21, a timepiece part 17, a reception control operation part 14, a satellite transmission time prediction part 16, a positioning operation part 13, an antenna 23, an external information reception part 22, a conversion part 19, and an external navigation data storage part 18.
