PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-type floor heating structure preventing the deformation of a heat storage layer even with an excessive temperature rise, restraining heat from escaping to an underfloor space during floor heating operation and preventing the sudden drop of an indoor temperature and a floor temperature after the stop of floor heating. SOLUTION: A heat resistant layer with a thickness of≥20μm and≤5 mm and a heat resisting temperature of≥100°C is laminated on the heat storage layer containing a latent heat storage material, and a planar heating layer and a floor material layer are further laminated thereon.
