PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an estimation of a drying finish time is unclear and an air blowing operation is not executed in accordance with a desired drying time in a clotheshorse/clothes-drying machine. SOLUTION: This clothes dryer includes ventilation means 5 for exhausting indoor air to the outside, a circulation-blowing means for circulatingly blowing the indoor air, clotheshorse means 9 allowing users to hang clothes thereon, weight detection means 13 capable of measuring the weight of the clothes put on the clotheshorse means 9, and a controller 14 capable of commanding a drying operation mode. This clothes dryer detects the selection of the controller and the weight detection means 13 in each case, controls output values of the ventilation means 5 and the circulation-blowing means 6, and clearly shows an estimated time of the drying finish so as to dry in the desired drying time.
